Download the Spreadtrum driver file to your PC.
Extract the downloaded file using Winzip or WinRAR.
Check which version of Windows you are using (64-bit or 32-bit).
On a PC, open Device Manager by searching for Cortana (for Windows 10 and Windows 8) or starting it (Windows 7).
Now click on ' Action ' and select 'Add Legacy Hardware.

Further " and select "Install the hardware that I manually select from a list" and click " Next> Next " again.

Go to "Install with Disk"> "Browse" and find the SciU2S.INF file (located inside x64 for 64-bit or x86 for 32-bit in the extracted folder) and click " OK".

Extract the SPD tools folder and open UpgradeDownload.exe.
In the firmware tool, click " Download Package " (Settings icon) and find the firmware in PAC or P5C format.
